RETURN & CANCELLATION
If you are not satisfied with your MYFAKTORY garment(s), you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
All items must be unworn, untarnished and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact.
You have 15 days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund or 100% store credit (minus shipping)
If you return items after the 15 days but before 30 Days we will give you 100% store credit (minus shipping).
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to email@example.com
We do not accept exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt of items.
We do not accept C.O.D. for returns, exchanges or delivery of any sort.
Are there any charges for return?

You are responsible for return shipping charges
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift to enable us in passing it on to someone else who avails the offer. We are a very small company and would like to keep our losses minimal.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “wrong item” along with your order id and we will help you.
MYFAKTORY will do everything to deliver items to you, in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email email@example.com with the subject “reclaim”. Prior to sending the item back, please email a picture of the damaged product and explain the problem. MYFAKTORY will pay for the shipping back to our facility.
